How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed along with shipping confirmation. Click the link in the email to watch your henna’s journey to your doorstep.
Can I update my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, please email us at info@mihenna.com with your order number and the updated shipping address. We will do our best to change the address before the order ships. However, if the order has already shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Will I be charged duties for my order?
U.S. customers will not be charged for import taxes or duties. International orders may incur import taxes or duties based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
What carriers do you use?
U.S. orders are shipped using USPS. For International orders, we use USPS First-Class International (Globegistics). Once the package arrives in the destination country, it is handled by the local mail provider (i.e. Royal Mail for U.K., Australia Post for Australia).
